    Preventative Mental Health Care

We are passionate about providing preventative mental health care education and programs. Our programs teach folx skills to manage and monitor their mental health in a way that reduces the risk of developing mental illness.

We also provide programs for parents and caregivers on ways to support children.

Preventative mental health care, like preventative care in physical health, addresses emotional challenges and skills-based coping to avoid the escalation of mental health concerns.

Education for Professionals on Highly Stigmatized Disorders & Conditions

Many mental illnesses and mental health conditions carry heightened stigma. But there are a few that carry more stigma than most. This prevents individuals from receiving compassionate care, which can worsen their conditions.

Especially folx who are part of the queer community and live with highly-stigmatized conditions.

We offer education surrounding these conditions from experts who have lived experience, and include education on their prevalence within the queer community.

    Our focuses are:

    - Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

    - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

    - Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

    - The Autism Spectrum
